What if I forget my username or password?

Why can't I log in?
If you are not able to log in, first make sure you do not have some spaces before your username or password. Also check that you have correctly spelled your username and password. Finally, make sure that your security settings are set to default. You can check IE by going to Tools>Internet Options>click on the "Security" tab and make sure that "default settings" is in "gray."

How can I change my personal information?
If you want to change your personal information, please input you login information in homepage, Clicks on the definite button; After the demonstration log in successfully, then click on Update my personal information.
